Greg Coates has been in the real estate industry since 1973.  The first 20 years was focused on various types of development and development consulting.  Since 1993, Mr. Coates has been an appraiser.  He has experience in Washington State, California as well as British Columbia, Canada.  He has been appraising in Arizona for approximately twelve years.  He has assisted in the valuation of numerous Eminent Domain appraisals in Scottsdale, Mesa, Maricopa and Pinal Counties.  His state general certification number is 31214.
