Ryan R. Bailey joined Sell & Associates, Inc. in September of 2008. Prior to his employment at Sell & Associates, Inc., he has been involved in various aspects of real estate. Starting as sales agent in 1999, and appraising in 2001, he owned and operated a residential appraisal firm from 2003 to 2008. Looking for career advancement he entered ASU’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program. MRED is centered on four disciplines from the schools of design, law, construction and business and is based on eight program segments: Valuation, Segmentation, Location, Conceptualization, Regulations, Capitalization, Construction, Value Realization, and Community. Since graduation he has been involved in commercial real estate appraisal, consulting and development.
Ryan holds a Arizona real estate broker’s license, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) from the U.S. Green Building Council, is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Arizona; his state certification number is 21179.
Ryan is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute pursuing both SRA and MAI designations. He has either taken or been given equivalency for the following classes:

Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR), and Alpha Lambda International – Student Association (LAI-SA).
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in addition to a Master of Real Estate Development degree, both from Arizona State University.
