Robert (Bob) Hartman has 20 years appraisal experience that encompasses numerous types of commercial properties as well as mixed-use and residential projects. His experience comprises various eminent domain appraisals as well as special use property valuations.  His skills extend as a regional bank reviewer and a healthcare investment officer for a privately funded REIT specialized in the development, acquisition and management of major medical office buildings throughout the U.S. 

Mr. Hartman received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and served as a flight officer in the U.S. Navy.  He is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Arizona; his state certification number is 31430.  He also has appraised property in the states of Maryland and New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and the Commonwealth of Virginia.   Mr. Hartman holds the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation from the Appraisal Institute.
